In my work with clients at Counselling in Nottingham I draw upon a number of approaches and modalities to help clients explore any issues. This means that I can adapt the ways in which I work to suit each individual client and their specific needs. I understand that psychological and emotional problems can be complex in nature. By providing a safe place for clients to explore what they wish to in safety, I aim to help them discover their own answers and conclusions to issues that they bring.

As Counselling and

Psychotherapy is of a relational

nature in my work at

Counselling in Notingham, I

take privacy very seriously. My

work is conducted in a

supportive and non-judgmental

way and client confidentiality is

of the up most importance to

me. I appreciate that clients

entering Counselling for the

first time may never have

addressed the issues that they

wish to work on before. I

understand that entering into

Counselling/Psychotherapy can

be a scary and daunting

thought for clients and may

raise many questions.
